Walsh is doing what he promised to do

Just when the Northwest suburbs get Joe Walsh as their congressman to lead the fight in changing the out-of-control spending in Washington, the Daily Herald sees fit to run a front-page story chronicling a personal matter having zero to do with Mr. Walsh’s congressional performance. In addition to being very lean on facts, the political intentions of the writer/newspaper are evident as you undermine the positive work being done to turn the economic tide in our government.

Unlike most politicians I have observed, Mr. Walsh is doing what he promised he would do when he ran for office. He is fighting for the taxpayers and for the financial well-being our country. I can’t say that about too many public officials today. In writing and publishing this article I wish you had been as responsive when Melissa Bean was partnering with Barack Obama and Nancy Pelosi to dig the worst financial hole in our nation’s history.
