Bell Brewery partners with Wildfire for a beer dinner Monday, Aug. 15. The five-course evening includes pairings such as scallop fritters paired with Pale Ale; hickory smoked shrimp and trout paired with Two Hearted Ale; and coffee and beignets paired with Java Stout.
