At a glance: The Cubs dropped three of four in Washington early last month. Michael Morse leads the Nats in almost all of the key offensive categories. His .327 batting average was third in the NL. High-priced Jayson Werth entered Sunday batting just .222 with a low OBP of .328. The Nats were third from the bottom in team hitting but sixth in ERA, at 3.80. The Cubs were last in ERA, at 4.62. The Cubs are 8-12 against NL East teams.
