Coroner identifies man whose body pulled from lake

INGLESIDE — The Lake County coroner has identified a man whose body was pulled from a Chicago-area lake as 65-year-old Vladimir Taraday.

The Northwest Herald reports ( http://bit.ly/nPHNWB ) that fishermen found Taraday's body floating in weedy water at Duck Lake on Sunday afternoon. Fire fighters and county sheriff's police responded to the scene. The lake is about 50 miles northwest of downtown Chicago.

Lake County Coroner Artis Yancey says an autopsy is planned for Monday but that the cause of death is presumed drowning.

The coroner says Taraday didn't have visible injuries.
