Naperville junior tennis champs named

About 100 youth competed in the Naperville Park District’s All-City Junior Tennis Tournament recently at the Knoch Park tennis center. The girls singles winners by age category are Jessica Mann, champion, and Ritika Patel, finalist for 10 and under; Hannah Owens, champion, and Ayushi Bhawnani, finalist, 12 and under; Vivieana Leon, champion, and Tarika Patel, finalist, 14 and under. The winners in girls doubles are Hope Nguyen and Annie Emond, champions, and Kristin Yuan and Allison Yuan, finalists, 14 and under. The boys singles winners are Jared Bennick, champion, and Max Owens, finalist, 10 and under; Patrick Liu, champion, and Hrishikesh Kulkarni, finalist, 12 and under; Paul Stubin, champion, and Liam Lee, finalist, 14 and under; Matt Garvin, champion, and Shawn Kim, finalist, 16 and under. The boys doubles winners are Nathan Ashta and Dan Kurganeu, champions, and Ethan Mann and Andy Wang, finalists, 12 and under.
