Blagojevich guilty ... of too much talking

At most, Blagojevich should be doing community service for his obsession with campaign financing. What crimes did he commit?

He was accused of fraud. Who did Blagojevich deceive? No one testified to this.

He was accused of attempting to sell a Senate seat. No one testified that he tried to sell them a senate seat. Did Blagojevich bribe anyone to take the senate seat? This is an inane charge.

Who did he extort? Did anyone testify that they were extorted and proved the charge? How about conspiracy? Did the jury hear anyone testify that they conspired with Blagojevich to sell a Senate seat?

The jury only heard prosecutors tell them that he did crimes, but proved nothing. They did not listen to Blagojevich’s lawyers who told them that he did nothing illegal. They got the verdict wrong. They are sending him to jail for a lot of talking. How about a retrial of the retrial?
