Who stole seniors’ Social Security?

The Democrats have always told seniors their Social Security money was safe in a lockbox. President Obama has threatened seniors of withholding their August checks. What happened to the money in the lockbox? Did the political magicians do some sort of sorcery with our Social Security money? Eric Holder needs to start an investigation as to were our money went. Who stole it?
