Buffalo Grove collects used bikes
The Buffalo Grove Environmental Action Team, in cooperation with the organization Working Bikes, will host a used bicycle collection drive from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sunday, July 24, at the Buffalo Grove Farmer’s Market, near the Spray ‘N Play at Mike Rylko Community Park, 951 McHenry Road in Buffalo Grove.
The Buffalo Grove Police Department will perform safety checks on bicycle helmets. For information, visit the Environmental Action Team page on the Buffalo Grove Park District website at bgparks.org.
