WBBM Newsradio 780 AM to simulcast on 105.9-FM

Beginning on Monday, Aug. 1, all-news radio station WBBM Newsradio 780 AM will launch a simulcast of its 24-hour programming on 105.9-FM.

WBBM Newsradio provides round-the-clock news, traffic and weather to its listeners, along with business and sports updates. In 2000, the station began broadcasting all Chicago Bears pre-season, regular and post-season games.

WBBM Newsradio can be accessed online at cbschicago.com and through the radio.com application for the iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch and Android devices.

After Aug. 1, programming on the current Fresh 105.9 FM station will be streamed online at fresh1059.radio.com, and will also be broadcast from the 105.9-2 HD2 radio channel.
