About Musicians Care at Sherman

The only program of its kind at a hospital in the area, Musicians Care at Sherman was designed to enhance the patient-centered care experience at Sherman Hospital, provide a calming and relaxing environment and contribute to the healing process through music. Studies have shown that music helps to ease patients' pain, lower blood pressure, reduce anxiety, and improve coping abilities.

ESO musicians visit Sherman Hospital from noon to 2pm on the second and fourth Thursday of each month.
