The Dinos are coming July 8 to Arlington library

A free exhibit, "Origins: The Dawn of Dinosaurs," opens Friday, July 8, at the Arlington Heights Memorial Library, 500 N. Dunton Ave. in Arlington Heights.

See Triassic life – 225 million years ago – when the two earliest dinosaurs, Eoraptor and Herrerasaurus, thrived.

The dinosaurs "come to life" in this vivid display of life-sized flesh models, skeletons, fossil wood, expedition equipment from the discovery site in Argentina, and a video tent showing "Fragments of Time," DVD.

Drop in wherever you visit the library – there's no registration. The traveling exhibit, created by Project Exploration, will be in the Hendrickson Room though July 29 and is generously sponsored by the Friends of the Library.
