Give citizens same tax breaks as companies

Open letter to Governor Quinn: I respectfully request the same deal you have given Caterpillar, Motorola Mobility, Navistar, Groupon, US Cellular, and will likely offer to Sears Holdings and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Unless you cut my taxes, I will leave Illinois and move to a state that is more hospitable to working people. Thank you for your consideration.
