Hawthorn Woods Farmer’s Market, concerts

Hawthorn Woods will host farmer’s markets and concerts in Community Park every Friday through Oct. 7. The farmer’s market runs from 3 to 7 p.m. followed by a concert from 6:30 to 8 p.m. While at the farmer’s market, visitors can enter a weekly raffle for treats donated by local vendors, such as Nordic Creamery, Candy Bouquet, Hawthorn Gardens, and Maggie’s Munchies among others. Raffle tickets are $1 each or four for $5. Band’s performing at the concerts include Eight Miles South, Deja Vu, Triple Dawg Dare, and Magic Frank Blues Band among others. Community Park is at 2 Lagoon Drive.
