Vogelei Park hosts children’s entertainment

The Village of Hoffman Estates Arts Commission and the Hoffman Estates Park District welcome a variety of children’s entertainment to the Vogelei Park pavilion throughout the summer.

This year, six events have been scheduled for the pavilion, all at noon on alternating Fridays. Five remain:

Ÿ June 24: Dave Rudolf’s Beach Party: hula-hooping, bubble machines, the limbo and more.

Ÿ July 8: Magic by Randy: magic comedy that captures audiences’ attention and keeps them laughing.

Ÿ July 22: Reggio “The Hoofer,” who narrates the history of tap dancing with his feet.

Ÿ Aug. 5: Mini Amazing Animal Show: pet exotic animals while learning fascinating facts about them.

Ÿ Aug. 19: Juggler Jason Kollum and his edge-of-your-seat balancing stunts, comedy and improvisation.

Vogelei Park is at 650 W. Higgins Road, at the corner of Golf and Higgins roads in the central part of the village. Admission is free. Bring a blanket or lawn chair to the park.
