Balance budget first, then give out aid

If the politicians are really interested in balancing the budget, they should immediately stop giving any kind of military or humanitarian aid, which amounts to billions of dollars a year, to other countries. Let’s balance our country’s budget first, and then, if there is any money left, help our allies.
