Lincolnshire's Red, White & Boom July 4 Celebration

Join us for the 2011 Lincolnshire July 4 festivities

Lincolnshire Community Association is excited to announce our annual Red, White, and Boom celebration. Held each year on the July 4 weekend, this year's event brings back old favorites, and some new activities to appeal to all ages.

The festivities kick off with the Kids Concert on Sunday afternoon, July 3, and conclude with the fireworks extravaganza at 9:30 Monday, July 4. In between are carnival games, and rides and entertainment for kids of all ages. New this year is Euro-bungee, an amazing new attraction that can fling riders up to 250 feet into the air!

For those who want to keep their feet on the ground, the 30th annual 5K Run kicks off at 8:00 AM on Monday, July 4, followed by the Bicycle and Stroller Contest and Parade. Music entertainment will be provided on both Sunday and Monday evenings.

Food and drink will be provided by areas restaurants, with the highlight being the Red, White, and Blueberry Pancake Feast, served 7:00 – 10:00 AM on Monday. This annual breakfast is sponsored by the Lincolnshire Morning Star Rotary Club and Walker Brothers, with proceeds supporting local charitable programs.

Games & activities for children of all ages, music & entertainment, great food from local restaurants, the annual cardboard regatta, and more, topped off with the annual fireworks extravaganza on Monday night!
