'Men in Pink' have amazing weekend

This past weekend (June 4th & 5th) nine good friends and myself walked in the Avon 2-Day Walk for Breast Cancer.

Because of the wonderful article the Daily Herald had on us in last week's paper, we would like to say, “Thank you so very much.” We were recognized and thanked by so many wonderful and beautiful ladies this past weekend that it made the weekend unforgettable.

We also need to say “Thank you” to all the walkers, youth crew, medical crew, and all the volunteers that make that such a great event. We'd like to thank our supporters that helped us raise over $22,000 to fight breast cancer.

Last but not least, we need to thank our families, our wives, mothers, mothers-in-law, grandmothers, sisters and nieces. Without their support and help, we would not be able to achieve the goal we are trying to accomplish.

Bring an end to breast cancer. We are “In It To End It.”
