Elgin restaurant fundraiser to aid CASA

On Thursday, June 16, Nick’s Pizza & Pub is hosting Family Fun, a special kid-friendly evening benefit to support the CASA Kane County 2011, from 6 to 9 p.m.

It will take place in the banquet room and patio area of the Elgin restaurant, 990 S. Randall Road in Elgin. The event will feature pizza, beverages, live music and a gift basket raffle.

Tickets are $25 for those 21 and older, $15 for guests younger than 21. Tickets will be available at the door. For details, contact Jen Seppi at (630) 444-3107 or JenS@casakanecounty.org.

Guests are also invited to support CASA Kane County by dining in or carrying out at Nick’s anytime June 16 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. All of the proceeds from the day will be donated to the charity.

Kid-friendly activities will be taking place at the restaurant throughout the day, including face painting, balloon animals, bingo, a fun photo opportunity to get a picture taken with the Nick’s Pizza & Pub moose and more.
