Buffalo Grove pool opening delayed

The Buffalo Grove Park District’s Willow Stream Pool will not open as scheduled Saturday because of construction delays caused by May’s rainfall, as well as other unforeseen mechanical difficulties, the district announced Thursday.

Staff members expect to have the issues resolved soon and to open the pool by the following Saturday, June 11. If the pool opens sooner, it will be posted at bgparks.org.

The park district will post alternative schedules for Aquadome Pool on Friday and will open the Spray ‘N Play facility Saturday.
