Russell Road ramp closed

The southbound exit ramp from I-94 to Russell Road will be closed for about one month beginning Wednesday, June 1. The Russell Road entrance ramp to northbound I-94 is also closed for reconstruction until mid-July. One lane of I-94 is closed in each direction between Russell Road and the Wisconsin state line to widen that stretch of highway to four lanes in each direction. To access northbound I-94 from Russell Road, motorists should proceed to West Frontage Road, turn right and head north to Route 165 to the entrance ramp. To access Russell Road from I-94 south, exit at Route 165 and turn right at the end of the ramp. Turn left on West Frontage Road to Russell. Visit www.plan94.org.
