Quinn record is pro-criminal

I contend that Gov. Quinn is the most pro-criminal governor in U.S, history. He’s eliminated the death penalty which almost 70 percent of Illinois citizens favor, He’s letting murderers and other felons out of prison due to overcrowding and now, a new low, he favors criminals keeping their guns while normal John Q. Citizens go unarmed. How did he ever get elected? I voted for a dead person. And, now we hear today that the Illinois Senate has rejected a plan to save money by eliminating/reducing the number of taxing governmental bodies in Illinois.
