Many thanks to Elgin beautifiers

I would like to thank the person or people involved in planting the hundreds of daffodils along State Street in Elgin just north of Wing Street. The beautiful ribbon of yellow flowers brightened up the gray days we experienced this April and I know brought smiles to many people.

The hard work to accomplish this feat has not gone unnoticed.
