Gallagher acquires Meyers-Reynolds & Associates

Itasca-based Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. announced the acquisition of Meyers-Reynolds & Associates, headquartered in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Formed in 1985, Meyers-Reynolds & Associates is a retail insurance broker providing commercial property/casualty insurance products and risk management services to their clients worldwide. They specialize in insurance programs for the utility/power generation and energy industries. Lee Reynolds, David Brown, Paul Brown and their associates will continue to operate in their Oklahoma City and Tulsa locations under the direction of Michael Henthorn, south central regional manager of Gallagher's retail property/casualty brokerage operations.
