How can Daley move cemetery?

Every Sunday Mayor Daley goes to church and prays to God. Meanwhile, he authorizes the movement of a cemetery in Bensenville to another site — all to build a new runway. What Bible is he reading?

Mine says that desecrating sacred ground is forbidden. Just try to move a Muslim cemetery. It would result in rioting and bloodshed.

But I guess the dollar is more important than God to Daley.
