Annual paths cleanup a success
Approximately 150 volunteers participated in the annual cleanup of the Great Western Trail and Illinois Prairie Path on April 30.
"The Village of Lombard sincerely thanks Comcast, Healthy Lombard, Glenbard East Key Club, the Glenbard East Ecology Club, Calvary Episcopal Church, Midwestern University Kappa Psi Fraternity, NYK Line Inc., Westmore School 1st Grade Reading Club, Boy Scout Troop 202, Cub Scout Pack 48, the Lombard Jaycees, the Deicke Home and many individual residents for showing pride in our community,” said Dave Gorman, Assistant Director of Public Works, Village of Lombard.
