Grayslake North 4, Round Lake 0: With a defense that wouldn’t crack, Grayslake North got the win.

The Knights were so tough on the defensive end that goalkeeper Brooke Sauer didn’t even need to make a save.

Offensively, Maggie Stojak and Katie McGrath each had a goal and an assist for the Knights, who were up 2-0 at halftime and are now 5-7 on the season.

Jaclyn Brennan and Chelsea Olson, a sophomore and freshman respectively, had Grayslake North’s other goals.

Carmel 5, Nazareth 1: Lauren Bowles had 2 goals and an assist to help Carmel to victory. The Corsairs (8-4-2) are 5-0-1 in their last six games.

Carmel also got goals from Meegan Johnston, Shannon Jung and Kelly Trillhaase.

Goalkeeper Kate Larson had 8 saves for the Corsairs.

Lake Zurich 1, Wheaton Warrenville South 1: In the Naperville Invitational, Gina McCoy scored the only goal for Lake Zurich, which moved to 7-6-2 on the season.
