Pitching matchups: The White Sox’ John Danks (0-3) vs. Jake Arrieta (2-1) Friday at 7:10 p.m.; Phil Humber (2-2) vs. Chris Tillman (0-2) Saturday at 6:10 p.m.; Gavin Floyd (3-1) vs. Zach Britton (4-1) Sunday at 1:10 p.m.; Mark Buehrle (1-3) vs. Jeremy Guthrie (1-3) Monday at 7:10 p.m.

At a glance: The White Sox limp home after going 3-8 on a road trip to Tampa Bay, Detroit and New York. If they don’t start hitting on this six-game homestand before heading out for nine more, changes could be coming. After flying out to a 6-1 start, the Orioles have switched directions. They’ve lost 12 of 16 and, like the Sox, scoring runs has been the major issue. The White Sox were 3-4 vs. Baltimore last season (2-1 at home). In his first 5 starts, Danks’ support has been 1 run or fewer three times.
