Catholic position is not creationism

In a recent “Fence Post” Lee Goldberg’s letter titled “Just curious about hypocrisy” incorrectly implies that the Catholic Church teaches creationism. Theology aside, The Catholic Church holds the view that the Bible is not a science text book. Lee has obviously and erroneously linked “Divine Creation” and “creationism.” Sorry, wrong connection!
