Township bus makes seniors independent
In regards to an article in the Herald regarding the townships: I am an elderly widow with no means of transportation. I take the township bus at least two times a week, if not more. I volunteer at Northwest Community Hospital twice a week. The bus takes me to all of my doctor appointments, to the store and also the library. Without the bus, I couldn’t get around.
So without townships, many of us seniors would be housebound. Don’t let them take away what little independence we have left.
