At a glance: After avoiding a four-game sweep at Tampa Bay on Thursday, the White Sox move on to Detroit for their first meeting of the season vs. the Tigers. Buehrle is a lifetime 16-8 with a 3.01 ERA vs. Detroit. Verlander was 2-0 with a 2.25 ERA in 2 starts against the White Sox last year.
