Aurora man admits sex abuse

An Aurora man has admitted to having sexual contact with a girl he knew, authorities said.
Efrain Castillo, 38, of the 1400 block of East Galena Boulevard, pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, a Class 2 felony, the Kane County state’s attorney’s office announced Friday.
Prosecutors said Castillo had sexual contact with the girl, who was younger than 13 at the time and whom he knew, between July 2006 and December 2007.
In exchange for the guilty plea, Castillo will be sentenced to four years in prison. He was given day-for-day sentencing, having already served 328 days in Kane County jail.
