Leopold thanks Huntley voters
I wish to thank the voters of Huntley for electing me to the office of village trustee. I will do my best to serve all the residents of Huntley in my new term.
As I stressed in my campaign, the most important issues include finishing the Route 47 widening and four-way interchange, helping our residential developers recover from the housing downturn, clearing the way for the Centegra Hospital, and attracting new light industrial and retail commercial business to town.
I also want to thank Jay Kadakia for his past service and congratulate Nick Hanson for winning a seat on the board. I look forward to working with him.
