District 70 seeks parent, community input on strategic plan

Parents, residents and business leaders are invited to help school administrators plot the future of Libertyville Elementary District 70 during a two-day strategic planning session in May.

The sessions are from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. May 13 and 8 a.m. to noon May 14, at the Educational Resource Center, 1381 W. Lake St., across from Butterfield School.

Applications to attend the session and help create a five-year strategic plan are available through Becky Der-Yeghiayan at (847) 362-8393.

Consultant Dr. Robert J. Madonia will guide a group of community stakeholders through the development of focus areas for the future.
