St. Charles North 5, Wheaton Warrenville South 2: The North Stars (5-1) won their fourth straight game, taking a 2-0 lead in the first inning, then breaking a 2-2 tie with a pair of runs in the fourth and adding an insurance score in the sixth.
Amanda Ciran improved to 4-0 with the win and helped herself with a double.
West Aurora 7, Rosary 1: The Blackhawks scored 4 runs in the first and never looked back at Rosary (4-3).
Christina Hunger fanned 4 in picking up the win for the Blackhawks, who got a home run and 2 hits by Jamie Avery Liz Ronen and Alyssa Reines also had 2 hits.
Mackenzie Astling led the Royals going 3 for 3.
