Quinn’s words, actions not consistent

I saw Honest Pat Quinn on TV last night backing the Wisconsin Democrats. He said he’d never balance the budget on the backs of the working middle class. I’ll think of that every two weeks when I look at my state income tax withholding increased by 67 percent. Meanwhile, so-called professionals like accountants on the state payroll joined the union last year and got a raise for doing so.
