Man charged with stealing wire from Hanover Park store
Hanover Park police arrested a 24-year-old Wisconsin man Thursday on accusations he stole a large amount of copper wire from a local hardware store.
Bradley M. Jones, 22, of Burlington, Wis., faces a felony count of retail theft alleging he took the wire from the Menard’s at 7435 Barrington Road.
Police said Jones faces charges from similar thefts elsewhere in Illinois and Wisconsin.
After his arrest, Jones was transported to the Cook County courthouse in Rolling Meadows, where his bond was set at $25,000.00 this morning.
