Mike McGraw’s game tracker

Bulls 114, Hawks 81

Looking like No. 1: The Bulls stayed in control of the race for the top playoff seed in the Eastern Conference, posting a decisive win in one of the few challenging road games left on the schedule. They lead Boston by a half-game with 12 remaining.

Rose looks back: Derrick Rose vowed not to forget the March 2 loss in Atlanta, when the Bulls squandered a 17-point halftime lead. This time the Bulls basically put the game out of reach with a 72-43 halftime advantage. Rose hit 6 of 8 shots from 3-point range on his way to 30 points.

Streak snapped: The Bulls ended a six-game losing streak at Atlanta’s Philips Arena.
