He’s delighted Green is running for village board

I was delighted to learn that Bruce Green is running for a position as trustee for Arlington Heights. I have known Bruce for over 20 years, and worked with him and his wife Janet at the PTO levels of elementary, middle and high schools.

He was always a “go-to” guy when something important was necessary for the schools. He is energetic, intelligent, articulate and easy to work with.

In addition to his commitment to our schools, Arlington Heights residents have also reaped the benefits of his work on the planning commission, most recently as its chair.

I thoroughly have confidence in his judgment and prudence on matters and issues that face our town, and that he has the ability to work harmoniously with the rest of the board to help lead our town into the future.

I would urge every resident of Arlington Heights, who may not know Bruce Green, to vote for him. You will be able to rest easy with that decision.
