Social Security without paying taxes?

All of this talk about entitlements that need to be cut for the working American citizens. Yet I've never heard the Sunday morning talking heads complain about the fact that foreign nationals can come to the U.S., and if they are over 65 they can receive Social Security benefits without ever paying one dime in taxes.

That needs to stop.
