Mettawa village board: Clark, Lane, Town

Four candidates will be on the ballot for Mettawa Village Board, but only three are now actively running for the seat. Longtime trustee Bill Nicholson pulled out of the race because he and his wife intend to put their house on the market soon and move out of town. That leaves newcomers Jeffrey V. Clark, Roger Lane and Timothy Town essentially uncontested in the April 5 election.
