Charlie Sheen coming to Chicago Theatre

Charlie Sheen appears to be taking a cue from Conan O'Brien — get fired, go on tour.

Announced Thursday night via Twitter, Sheen's “My Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat is Not an Option” tour will come to the Chicago Theatre at 8 p.m. Sunday, April 3. Tickets go on sale via Ticketmaster at noon Saturday.

The former “Two and a Half Men” star was fired this week by Warner Brothers after a series of strange radio and television interviews in which he chastised the producers of his hit TV show and coined Internet buzzwords like “winning” and “Tiger Blood.”

What will the show entail, exactly? Ticketmaster's website provides this description, apparently written by Sheen himself: “I'm going on the road. LIVE. Will there be guests? Will there be mayhem? Will you ask questions? Will you laugh? Will you sceram? Will you know the truth? WILL THERE BE MORE?!?! This IS where you will hear the real story from the Warlock. Bring it I dare you to keep up with me.”

Ticket prices range from $35 to $69.50; after fees and additional taxes, the cost comes to $48.92-$84.31.
