Village not performing water quality phone survey

It has been brought to the village's attention that residents are being contacted by a private company offering water service line repair services.

The village of Lombard does not endorse any particular company to do water service line repairs. Repairs to water services must be done by a licensed plumber.

The resident must obtain a plumbing permit from the village and the work must pass inspection by the village's plumbing inspector.

Residents are asked to please contact Angela Podesta, Utilities Superintendent, Department of Public Works, (630) 620-5740, with questions regarding the Village's water system or the Village's Building Department, (630) 620-5750, for information on water service line repairs and permits.
