No Thomas Mores on supreme court

The discussion of Barack Obama’s birthplace and citizenship has been all over the Internet, TV and radio programing, in the newspapers and on the highway billboards, so it is realistic to assume that our Supreme Court justices are familiar with the arguments surrounding his eligibility to be president. Only living in a bubble would have prevented their having knowledge of the case. This being said, I assume they have already decided the merits of the case and passed judgment by their silence.

If the justices felt the evidence which will be presented in the case against Obama was weak and could easily be dismissed, they would take the case. Their silence gives rise to the opposite conclusion, Obama cannot or will not produce the evidence needed to defend himself.

My crystal ball tells me that in their minds the justices rationalize their silence as best for the country, self preservation, and for some, helping further the hijacking of the Constitution. They have done it before with past decisions or by their silence.

There are no Sir Thomas Mores currently sitting on the bench.
