Middle-age fitness key for retirees
Many seniors have arthritis. Many even need a walker to walk. Too many have obesity problems. Knee and hips are simply worn out, keeping them from being able to walk well and depriving them of enjoying their retirement. They cannot travel comfortably.
There is a window of opportunity to keep you fit between 40 and 60 years of age. Stay fit and control your weight during this time. This will work the best to help you enjoy your retirement.
I want the public to remember this and take action to make it possible. You’re the only one to bear the fruit.
