No problem with snowy walks here

Kudos to the Rolling Meadows Public Works Department. Once again they have outdone themselves!

Not only did they get the snow plowed and salted down to the pavement during the 2/1 and 2/2 storm, but a week later, the sidewalk plows are doing our sidewalks.

We live on one of the main streets and the sidewalk on one side of the street was plowed on Wed., 2/09, and yesterday 2/10, the sidewalk on the opposite side of the street was done.

Today, 2/11, I was told they are plowing the sidewalks on the side streets. The stories a couple of days ago about some suburbs planning to fine residents if they don't clear their sidewalks is unbelievable to Rolling Meadows residents!
