Classic Cinemas rolls out reward program at Charlestowne 18 Theatre

Classic Cinemas is unveiling a new customer loyalty program, Classic Rewards, at all 13 theatre locations, including the Charlestowne 18 Theatre at 3740 E. Main St. in St. Charles. With Classic Rewards, patrons earn points every time they purchase tickets, concessions and gift cards. As points accumulate, they can be redeemed for free movies, concessions and more.

“We decided to introduce a customer loyalty program to allow patrons to earn points while they enjoy the big screen experience at all of our theatres,” says Chris Johnson, vice president of Classic Cinemas. “Points will be rewarded for every dollar spent, and there are no restrictions on their use. As an added bonus, patrons will also receive special offers, coupons and discounts,” explains Johnson.

Patrons can sign up through Classic Cinemas website at www.classiccinemas.com. Those who join the program will be issued a temporary ID, which they must bring to the Charlestowne 18 Theatre box office to activate a permanent card.

As a thank you for signing up, patrons will automatically receive 500 points once the card is activated. Classic Rewards point balances can be checked online or at any Classic Cinemas location.

“Our efforts were directed at rewarding our patrons while making this program as user-friendly as possible,” says Johnson. “We value our customers continued patronage and aspire to make Classic Cinemas their theatre of choice.”
