New associate joins Gierach Law Firm

Larry Gregory recently joined the Gierach Law Firm in Naperville as an associate. Gregory holds a bachelor's degree in accountancy and computer science from Northern Illinois University and a juris doctor degree from John Marshall Law School.

Gregory, a licensed CPA, clerked for a Chicago estate planning firm during law school, where he assisted in the preparation of sophisticated estate plans and tax planning techniques. Following law school, Gregory joined the tax practice of KPMG and focused his practice on complex tax planning and audit controversy services for large multinational corporations, partnerships and trusts. He was selected as a lead senior associate in the state tax audit defense practice where he represented clients in state tax audits, negotiations and settlements.

His combined experiences in law, taxes and accounting provide him with a balanced perspective and the ability to give sound advice in many arenas. “Larry will make an outstanding addition to the firm,” said Denice Gierach, founder and owner of the Gierach Law Firm. “His education and past experiences make him a perfect complement to our law services, and adding Larry to the firm allows me to work with another attorney who shares the same interests and focus as the Gierach Law Firm.”
