New business boss at District 95
Lake Zurich Unit District 95 board members have approved the hiring of Michael Engel as interim assistant superintendent of business and operations. Engel is filling a vacancy created by the departure of Jeff King. King’s last official day with District 95 was Monday. Engel holds a master’s degree in school business management from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb and earned a bachelor’s in business administration at Peoria’s Bradley University. He most recently worked as interim business manager at Lindop School District 92 in suburban Broadview. “We are pleased to have Mike join us and we welcome his expertise and enthusiasm,” District 95 Superintendent Michael Egan said.
