Camaro overturns in Elgin

A Chevy Camaro was flipped upside-down in a center median on Route 20 near Randall Road in Elgin around 8 p.m. Friday, though it's unclear exactly how it ended up that way.
An Elgin police official confirmed the driver of the car was speeding.
A Pingree Grove Fire Department official said the male driver was taken to St. Joseph Hospital with injuries, though the severity of the man's condition wasn't disclosed. The man was out of the vehicle by the time authorities arrived.
No other vehicles were involved.
