St. Charles North 69, Elgin 21: Tess Fischer delivered a game-high 16 points and Kate Booe added 13 as the host North Stars rolled to an Upstate Eight River victory.

Taylor Russell and Alex Silverman each scored 6 points for St. Charles North (14-13, 8-3).
